Overnight Oats

*makes 1 delicious serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup large oats
  • 1 scoop favourite protein powder
  • 1 tbs ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (careful, you may need less! It shouldn’t be soupy)
  • 1 banana

 

Directions

  1. get ready
  2. mix all ingredients together except for banana in a bowl
  3. slice banana and place on top
  4. cover and refrigerate overnight.
